These terms apply to the recruiting confirmation form and related applicant communications provided by Relentless Pursuit Construction LLC (also called Relentless Construction).
Purpose
This form is for people who applied for a role through Indeed and want Relentless Construction to follow up about screening and scheduling. Submitting the form does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview, offer, compensation, or employment.
Age eligibility
This recruiting form and its SMS program are intended for people age 18 or older. By submitting the form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Applicant information
Please provide accurate information that belongs to you. We may use the information you submit to contact you about your application, evaluate basic job-fit criteria, and schedule an opportunity call.
Calls and text messages
By checking an optional consent box, you agree to receive the recruiting-related automated calls and text messages described beside that box. Consent is not a condition of employment. Message and data rates may apply. We may send up to five messages per application. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help. Consent to receive occasional promotional messages about future openings is optional.
Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to mobile network availability, and carriers may block or filter messages under their policies.
Recruiting information
Statements about training, growth, commissions, or potential earnings are informational examples only. Individual results vary, and no earnings or employment outcome is guaranteed. Any final role terms will be provided separately by Relentless Construction.
Scheduling
Available appointment times depend on the company calendar and may change. Relentless Construction may contact you if an opportunity call needs to be rescheduled.
Third-party services
Indeed, telecommunications providers, scheduling tools, and form-hosting providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. Their services are not controlled by these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent through the business contact information shown with the job posting or recruiting message.
